These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website operated by Nexth Leadership, located at Kamienna 21, Kraków, Poland, and registration for the webinar series described on this site. By using this website you agree to these Terms.
Definitions
- "Website"
- The website accessible through the domain purohu-saderu.info, including all its pages and content.
- "Series"
- The webinar series described on this Website, consisting of individual live sessions addressing leadership transition topics.
- "Participant"
- Any individual who registers for one or more sessions of the Series.
- "Registration"
- The process by which a Participant secures access to a session or the full Series, whether through direct booking or by arrangement made after contacting us.
- "Materials"
- Any slides, written recaps, reading lists, or recordings made available to Participants in connection with the Series.
- "We", "us", "our"
- Refers to Nexth Leadership, the operator of the Website and organizer of the Series.
Nature of the service
The Series is educational and informational in nature. Sessions discuss general considerations relevant to professional transitions into senior or leadership roles. Content presented during sessions reflects general observations and discussion points and should not be understood as individualized professional, legal, financial, or career advice specific to any Participant's circumstances.
Registration and access
Registration for a session or the Series is completed through the process described on the Pricing page or arranged directly through the Contact page. Access details are provided to the email address supplied at Registration. It is the Participant's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the contact information provided.
Payment terms
Prices displayed on the Pricing page are shown in Polish złoty and are subject to applicable tax. Payment terms and invoicing arrangements for team registrations are confirmed individually following contact.
Cancellations and changes
Requests to reschedule or cancel a Registration should be sent through the Contact page as early as possible before the relevant session. Handling of such requests is considered on a case by case basis and communicated directly to the Participant.
Use of materials
Materials shared with Participants, including recap documents and any provided recordings, are intended for the personal use of the registered Participant. Materials may not be redistributed, resold, or published without prior written permission.
Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, and session Materials, is the property of Nexth Leadership or its licensors unless otherwise indicated, and is protected under applicable Polish and European Union intellectual property law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nexth Leadership shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from a Participant's reliance on general discussion points presented during a session. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Polish law, including liability arising from the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny) or the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014, where applicable.
Consumer rights
Where a Participant qualifies as a consumer under Polish law, statutory rights regarding withdrawal from distance contracts, as set out in the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014, apply in addition to these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions.
